In this session, we’ll explore the critical need for a unified understanding of AI across all organizational levels, from junior employees to executives. As AI becomes integral to business operations, differing points of reference and language around AI can create communication gaps and hinder effective adoption. We'll break down what AI is and isn’t, providing a shared framework to ensure clarity and alignment. By contextualizing AI, we’ll highlight how it can revolutionize workplace communication—enhancing collaboration, transparency, and inclusivity while ensuring no message gets lost in translation.

This interactive session will allow participants to discover their personal AI persona, uncover blockers to AI adoption, and learn strategies to support AI integration within their organizations. We will use insights from Slack’s Workforce Lab, which identifies five distinct AI persona types, to guide discussion and engagement.

Session Objectives:
- Encourage participants to reflect on their own approach to AI through a quick and engaging AI persona quiz.
- Facilitate open conversation about common blockers HR teams face in adopting AI.
- Provide actionable strategies for overcoming barriers and fostering a culture of experimentation with AI.
- Share practical AI use cases from the audience to enhance collaboration and best practices.

This session not only introduces participants to the concept of AI personas but also creates a safe space for discussion and collaboration. HR professionals will leave with actionable insights on how to engage their teams with AI, ultimately supporting AI integration in HR processes and improving productivity and innovation.
