He is also the founder of Mountains for Moms, a charity fundraising climb of Mt. Kilimanjaro that has raised over $50,000 for women suffering from obstetric fistula.

She held Analyst positions within Debt Capital Markets, Foreign Exchange Institutional Sales, Institutional Equities Trading, Money Market Sales, and Interest Rate Derivative Solutions. She also worked as an Analyst for the CEO Office of Investor and Treasury Services. At the end of December 2016, Erica informed RBC of her intention to resign to start her own company, Vacation Fund. After pivoting Vacation Fund from a B2C product to a B2B service, Erica and her team have entered into the employee benefits and wellness space. They are currently running pilot projects with their first client companies.
