Wellness in the Workplace
ScaleHR is excited to help welcome TAP Network into Eastern Canada’s HR Tech Community as we lead up to their Tech Talent North Conference on October 18th. Be sure to check out the details of the must-attend conference here. The purpose of ScaleHR Talks is to explore top-of-mind challenges that HR professionals working in the tech industry are facing – tapping into data and our hive minds. Each virtual event will start by “tapping into data” and presenting what we know about these trends. Through breakout conversations, participants will assess and discuss the data, compare it to their own qualitative observations and share what steps their organizations have taken to deal with the challenges. Participants will obtain a more comprehensive perspective on the topic and walk away with new actionable ideas, tactics and strategies to take back to their organizations.
This event is about supporting employees’ mental health as it continues to be an increasing priority among employers. However, there has been a shift to not just supporting mental health through programs and benefits offerings but rather the creation of wellness programs and offerings. So what does this look like in practice? Data from TAP’s Bi-Annual Benefits Survey will be presented and discussed.
