With over 20 years of experience building and scaling organizations in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors with a specialization in Talent Acquisition, Randi brings a unique combination of skills, abilities, and insights to the organizations and individuals she partners with.

Randi is known for her energy, enthusiasm, initiative, professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, diligence, perseverance, intellect, and affability.

Randi currently serves as a Board Advisor to Allied Voices for Israel and previously served on the Boards of both the Jewish National Fund Toronto as well as The Forest Hill Jewish Center. Randi has equally held senior roles on multiple program delivery and fundraising committees with the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto and is currently enrolled at the University of Toronto, Non-Profit Impact Management certificate program.
