ScaleHR’s Upskilling HR Leaders and Practitioners workshops provides weekly virtual and in-person HR training and coaching to help HR leaders and practitioners develop new skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends. These training workshops are approximately 2-3 hours long and cover a range of HR topics, including workforce planning, designing a scalable compensation structure, designing an HR strategy, and designing the ideal HR tech stack.
In addition to the training sessions, all attendees will receive coaching and mentorship to help them adopt new skills and apply them to their own organizations. With this service, HR leaders and practitioners can stay current with the latest HR trends and practices, while also developing the skills they need to take their organizations to the next level.
In this section of the Upskilling HR program, you will learn how to identify the HR tech solutions that best fit your organization’s needs and goals. The training will cover topics such as assessing the organization’s HR technology needs, evaluating different HR tech solutions, and implementing new HR tech solutions effectively.
By developing the skills to design and implement the ideal HR tech stack, HR leaders and practitioners will be better equipped to streamline your HR operations and improve the overall efficiency of your organization. With 1-on-1 coaching and mentorship included in the training, you will have the support you need to apply your new skills and strategies to your own organization effectively.
