
Dr. Kinga Petrovai is a learning consultant working at the intersection of research and practice, empowering organizations to create systems of continuous workplace learning. Combining her multidisciplinary background in engineering, finance, and education research, she has a well-rounded approach to designing learning and evaluation strategies to enhance learning experiences and digital transformation initiatives.
Having worked and studied internationally, Kinga brings a global perspective to her work. Her experiences in the field of learning span a wide spectrum that includes designing professional development, researching motivation in STEM education at Harvard University, evaluating the impact of educational technologies at Oxford University, developing new learning measurement tools in the Canadian Government, designing learning maturity models and benchmarking studies at Global Affairs Canada and the US Department of State. Kinga is also the creator of The Art & Science of Learning podcast (www.tasl.ca) which is listened to in over 80 countries.
