Relocating to Austin, TX, Jamy joined Travis Medical, a family-owned enterprise in the medical equipment industry, where she embarked on a new career path in Human Resources. Her impactful contributions were recognized with prestigious awards, including the “Mission Possible” award for fostering a positive workplace culture and the inaugural “Chester Lyssy” award for her compassionate humanitarian efforts.
During her tenure at PAM Health, Jamy spearheaded the opening of a new Rehab Hospital in the north Austin metro area, later assuming a leadership role overseeing a team of HR Directors nationwide during the challenging times of the global pandemic. Today, Jamy has embraced the dynamic tech industry, serving as a key member of the TrustRadius team, where she leads the People strategy and HR functions.
