
Karolina moved from Poland to Canada in 2010 to attend the University of Ottawa. This move marked the beginning of a significant personal and professional journey that challenged, inspired, and propelled her to where she is today: designing and implementing DEI programs at one of the world’s leading supply chain management companies.
Karolina first joined Kinaxis over eight years ago as a recruiter, where she discovered her passion for bringing tangible change to the workplace. She recognized that the supply chain and tech industries are predominantly male-dominated fields with many barriers to entry. Currently, she works as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) professional and has a proven track record of driving impactful DEI initiatives that align with organizational goals. While Karolina’s work is focused on people, she understands the importance of having clear, measurable data points to assess the effectiveness of the programs and identify areas for improvement. Karolina’s educational background is in law and business.
