Diandra is a People Ops leader passionate about the tech industry and has a history of helping companies scale. She spent 8+ years in the Toronto tech community at high-growth companies, learning how to best help scale while always prioritizing a people-first mentality. She’s scaled businesses from 20 to 100+ employees and helped multiple companies achieve Great Place to Work status, an experience that has made her the well-rounded People person she is today.
She’s passionate about coaching, remnants from her early days as a health coach. Her superpower is helping those looking to move to the next stage of their career, whether that’s levelling up or a career switch. Not afraid to get her hands dirty, Diandra lives and breathes in the space between executing the day-to-day and strategic planning. An approach she’s now bringing to the Vancouver tech community.
