Erin Patchell

Erin Patchell is a seasoned business strategist, founder of management consultancy Positivist Group and host of the podcast Weirdos in the Workplace. She supports founders and executives to get focused and think differently about the impact and progress they can create in their work communities.

Her approach stems from her own lived experience as a person with a developmental and physical disability. She supports building strengths-based environments where individuals are empowered, teams are enabled and organizations are sustainably fulfilling their mission.

An unwavering believer in agility, Erin’s mission is to support clients as they skillfully balance paradoxical combinations of discipline with creativity and structure with autonomy. As a facilitator of change, Erin inspires founders and leaders to not just envision but to actualize the potential in people they may never have before considered.
