With a degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science from the University of South Florida, Shaniqua sharpened her creative problem-solving, strategic thinking, and cross-cultural understanding skills. She leveraged these capabilities, driving recruitment at Kforce, Google, and startups. Notably, she applied her human-centric approach to convert a declined Google Healthcare offer into an acceptance critical for the organization.
A Tampa native, Shaniqua’s lifelong dance experience led her to cheer professionally for the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers. As the eldest of six brothers, she is a natural advocate for equity and inclusion. Shaniqua now calls Austin home with her partner and two cats, the illusive and sweet Athena and majestic Bagheera with an appetite like Garfield’s.
