Virginia’s experience as a successful sales professional and IT trainer helped her conclude that many business problems are rooted in recruitment issues. Rather than viewing recruitment as a cost, she believes it is an investment. With this insight, Virginia founded Poly Tech Talent and expanded globally with Enthos Talent, whose mission is to help clients understand the importance of talent, and of building a focused, creative, and innovative culture, which helps to establish a sustainable, competitive advantage.
A member of the Forbes Business Council and thought leader, Virginia hosts a popular LinkedIn series entitled “Recruiter in a Car Getting Coffee,” where she interviews executives and job seekers in her 1968 Ford Mustang convertible.
Virginia is a Wilfrid Laurier University alumna, earning recognition as a 100 Alumni of Achievement Honouree. She also completed the University of Toronto – Rotman School of Management’s Next Steps: Program for Experienced Women Entrepreneurs.
