Charlyne Fothergill has 20 years of experience in HR and Business Operations with over half of her career being spent in the Tech sector. Charlyne runs her own consulting practice, Sova Operations, where she continues to support the growth of Canada’s Tech Ecosystem. Having been a proud member of Tech and People Network for many years Charlyne officially joined the team two years ago to head up Community and Partnerships. She loves the opportunity to connect with HR and People professionals across Canada and share what Tech and People Network is all about.
