
Jonathan is an organizational leader and consultant with over 15 years of experience transforming cultures and driving high performance across various industries. He is deeply committed to creating environments where people can achieve their best individually and organizationally.
Throughout his career, Jonathan has spearheaded the redesign of organizational structures to support self-management, implemented Agile-based operating models, and led large-scale cultural transformations. He has been trusted by organizations of all sizes, from start-ups to large enterprises, to reshape how people work, learn, and lead. His portfolio includes collaborations with companies such as Lightspeed, BDC, Airudi, Genetec, Novartis, Aeroplan, RONA, and McGill University.
A passionate, hands-on systems thinker, Jonathan mobilizes people by focusing on culture, continuous learning, and building minimally viable structures, processes, and talent programs. He co-founded Spark the Change Montreal, a learning event aimed at connecting change-makers to support one another, and he has served for several years as a member of the teaching team for Concordia University’s M.A.-level course on Participative Org Design & Strategic Planning.
Jonathan’s passion for AI and human systems shines through in his ability to integrate technology and people strategies, optimizing team performance and preparing organizations for the future. With an M.A. in Human Systems Intervention and certifications in Culture Transformation and Agile Change Management, Jonathan is dedicated to leveraging the potential of both humans and AI to drive organizational success.
In his free time, Jonathan enjoys traveling, camping, renovating, and filming TikTok dance videos with his goddaughter. He also volunteers as a coach and consultant for start-ups and community organizations and tries to keep up as sous-chef with his partner, Heather.
