Laura Lobay

Laura Lobay is a policy specialist with a focus on inclusion in private sector workplaces. She holds a Master of Science (Health Sciences, Technology, and Policy) and a Bachelor of Psychology from Carleton University. Her Master’s thesis focused on the impact of music therapy with dementia patients.

She has a wide variety of experiences, including legal assistance in employment law from both the employer and employee perspective. Laura believes inclusion is a key component of successful workplaces. She has a passion for supporting employers to build inclusive teams to support success for all employees. In her leisure time, Laura enjoys reading and spending time with her cats.
