Created in partnership with Mosaic People Development, this innovative program combines hands-on learning with ongoing coaching to support skills adoption, giving you the tools and skills you need to become a true leader in your industry.
Each of which focuses on a key area of leadership. These three components are Know Myself, Manage My Team, and Lead My Business, each of which is tailored to help you become a more effective leader and optimize the skills you already have.
Whether you’re a seasoned leader or just starting out in your career, you’ll find the program’s eight modules packed with practical advice, actionable insights, and strategies you can start using right away. And if you ever need help or guidance, you’ll have access to one-on-one and group coaching to support your learning and development.
The Leadership Activated program is open to a minimum of five participants and costs $6,500 per person. Along with the modules and one-on-one and group coaching, you’ll have access to the Mosaic PD Learning Hub, where you’ll be able to access all the workbooks, videos, and other learning materials that you will need for your program. You’ll also receive a DiSC assessment, which will help you understand your communication style and work more effectively with others.

Thankfully, participants in the Leadership Activated program may be eligible for the Canada-Ontario Job Grant (CJG), which provides financial assistance to support businesses in training their employees. Through the CJG, participants may qualify for up to 85% of the Leadership Activated program cost to be covered by the grant, significantly reducing their financial burden.
