The Great Resignation
ScaleHR is excited to launch ScaleHR Talks, a virtual event that focuses on top-of-mind challenges HR leaders in the technology industry face. Each session will be rooted in research and data and provide participants with the opportunity to collaborate, network and strategize with one another. To kick things off, ScaleHR is excited to welcome the Tech and People Network (TAP Network) into Eastern Canada’s HR Tech Community as we lead up to their Toronto Tech Talent North Conference on October 18. The inaugural ScaleHR Talks sessions will start by “TAP-ing” into data” and presenting what we know about these trends. Sessions will continue by moving into breakout rooms where participants will talk about the data, compare it to their own qualitative observations and strategize about what organizations have done to solve challenges. The goals are for participants to gain more perspective on these topics, and generate ideas and tactics to take back to their teams.
This virtual event is about “The Great Resignation” – many companies considered making BIG changes in order to successfully compete for and retain talent. It feels like the market has cooled off, doesn’t it? But has it? Data will be presented from TAP’s Pulse Survey and 2022 Salary Survey regarding positions with compression. Further, data and information from TAP’s members will be shared.
