This special program focuses on providing direct one-on-one advisory and mentorship, where HR leaders can get specific advice on strategies, tactics, processes, and ideas that are relevant to their unique situations.
The HR Leaders Advisory service is available in two commitment levels: a 6-month commitment or a 12-month commitment. Both options include four hours per month of advice and mentorship from our expert team.
Both options come with unlimited email and chat support, custom leadership assessment through the DiSC assessment tool, and access to ScaleHR’s vast network of industry professionals. The custom leadership assessment helps HR leaders understand their own leadership styles and preferences, enabling them to tailor their approach and become more effective in their roles.
