The Beyond Scale-Up service provides strategic HR support for scale-ups on projects and initiatives at companies that have an in-house HR team but need targeted and specialized support. With Beyond Scale-Up, ScaleHR offers 3 to 6 months of ongoing support, coaching, and advisory to your company throughout your scale-up. The ScaleHR team works closely with our clients to identify areas for improvement, and then we will develop customized solutions to address those needs in a timely manner.
Our Beyond Scale-Up service is available in two pricing tiers: a 3-month commitment at $1,500 per month or a 6-month commitment at $1,200 per month. Both tiers include 4 one-hour coaching sessions per month, along with unlimited email and chat support. With this level of support, you can rest assured that you have access to the guidance and expertise you need to tackle your most pressing scale-up challenges.
